Yes. You get full admin access on launch day. If you ever want to move to a different developer or take your site elsewhere, everything goes with you - the files, the content, the domain. No lock-in.

Will it actually get me leads, or just sit there?

Do I pay the full amount upfront?
No. I typically take a 50% deposit to start work and the remaining 50% on launch day, once you're happy with the site. Exact terms are confirmed in your written quote.
What if I need changes after the site launches?
Minor changes and corrections in the first 30 days after launch are included. Larger changes, new pages, or ongoing updates are charged at the add-on rates above - or covered by a monthly maintenance plan.
Do I need to provide content and photos?
For photos, yes ideally - real photos of your work convert far better than stock images. I can advise on what to send. For copy, I can write it from a brief or work with what you provide.
What's included in hosting from £45/month?
The £45/month covers your hosting on a fast UK server, SSL certificate, weekly backups, security monitoring, and uptime monitoring. This starts from your launch day.
Can you work with my existing domain and email?
Yes. I configure DNS to point your existing domain at the new site and leave your email accounts untouched. I'll walk you through any DNS changes that need to happen at your registrar.
