We talk through what you need — your business, target customers, areas you cover, and what you want the site to do. No obligation, no sales pitch.
Fixed-price quote
I send a written quote with a clear scope and timeline. The price in that quote is the price you pay — no hourly billing, no extras.
Build and review
I build on a private staging link and you review before anything goes live. Changes at this stage are included in the agreed price.
Launch and handover
I migrate to your domain, configure everything, and hand over full access. The site is yours — no lock-in, no ongoing dependency on me unless you want it.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?
No. I typically take a 50% deposit to start work and the remaining 50% on launch day, once you're happy with the site. Exact terms are confirmed in your written quote.
What if I need changes after the site launches?
Minor changes and corrections in the first 30 days after launch are included. Larger changes, new pages, or ongoing updates are charged at the add-on rates above — or covered by a monthly maintenance plan.
Do I need to provide content and photos?
For photos, yes ideally — real photos of your work convert far better than stock images. I can advise on what to send. For copy, I can write it from a brief or work with what you provide.
What's included in hosting from £45/month?
Managed hosting covers: fast UK server, SSL certificate, weekly backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, and one hour per month of content updates. Hosting is entirely optional — you're free to host elsewhere.
Can you work with my existing domain and email?
Yes. I configure DNS to point your existing domain at the new site and leave your email accounts untouched. I'll walk you through any DNS changes that need to happen at your registrar.
